Safety Pool Covers

Which type of Safety Cover should you choose?

Mesh material is generally lighter and easier to handle than solid material. This means an easier time getting the safety cover on and off your pools.  Mesh material will also allow water from rain and melting snow to pass through the cover into the pool, so you won't have to pump off the standing water in the spring. Tighter weave ProMesh safety covers offer around 98% shade, for virtually no algae growth over the course of the off-season. This tighter weave is also better than standard mesh at filtering out debris, so your pool water will be cleaner in the spring than what you would typically get with a standard mesh cover.

Solid material's big advantage is that it will prevent sunlight and fine particles from entering the pool.  This keeps the pool clean over the winter by preventing dirt and algae accumulation.  With a cover made of solid material, water is kept off the cover through the use of a drain panel (mesh built into the cover).  Solid material is available in traditional weight, SECUR&CLEAN cover and in the 30% lighter HyPerLite cover.

No matter which safety cover you choose, you will have piece of mind that your children, pets and investment will be protected!
