Buds Spas & Pools installed our pool in late summer 2007, 2008 was our

first complete season. We are absolutely thrilled with our pool and we use it daily during the kid's summer break. When we thought about our family vacations, they were spent at the pool so why not bring the vacation home with us? Those with kids know how expensive and exhausting taking kids on vacation can be the parents often need a rest after the vacation ends!

We had often thought about getting a pool but with our small yard and challenging lot layout we did not think it was possible. In late April of

2007 we noticed a Buds Spas and Pools advertisement in our local paper and decided to inquire. Our first attraction to Buds was a fantastic price.

The price was so good we thought it only included the pool, not the equipment. To our surprise the advertised price included everything including a concrete patio!

On our first visit to the store we received a friendly greeting then met with your sales representative. A few important things to note about your sales representative:

1. He took the time to listen to our needs.

2. He applied absolutely no pressure.

3. He gave us practical advice, it was apparent he wanted a long term relationship.

4. He came by our house on his own time and spent several hours figuring out where to put a pool.

After we signed the contract he stayed in touch to ensure everything went smoothly. The pool installation was done professionally, on time and as promised. We could not believe how fast it went in!

Since we purchased the pool from Buds we continue to do business; you're pool closing and opening service is fantastic! It is great to see the same people who installed our pool also service our pool.
